Samantha Strenger
Co-Owner/Managing Partner
Sam is the creator of Lake Geneva’s famous Main Street Glamping Loft (yes, you can rent it!) and co-owner of GLV. Sam oversees all GLV operations and loves designing one-of-a-kind rental spaces for guests to enjoy. She owns a portfolio of rental properties, and has many years of management under her belt, which makes her a valuable resource for property owners considering a rental opportunity. She loves that her team members collaborate to handle anything that comes their way! When she’s not working, you can find her playing golf, anchored in the middle of the lake, or hiking along the shore path. She enjoys the busy summer season, but appreciates the transition between summer and fall, when the hustle and bustle slows and she can be outside enjoying the weather. Sam recommends Brunch at the Getaway on Lake Como, and Friday Night Fish Fry at Mars or Hawks View. Don’t forget the cheese curds from Flat Iron Tap!
Tom Keefe
Co-Owner
As a life-long resident of the area, Tom loves working with other business owners and locals to create unforgettable guest experiences . Tom spent many years with Keefe Vacation Rentals before partnering with Sam to establish Geneva Lakes Vacations. Tom is a member of the Visit Lake Geneva Board, highlighting his appreciation for the area, visitors, and local businesses. When asked what he loves most about GLV, he’s proud that GLV creates an avenue that allows families to continue ownership of multigenerational properties by renting them out part time, and still allowing them the enjoyment of ownership whenever they want. Tom lives in Williams Bay with his wife, Kat, and their twin daughters. They love to ski in the winter and enjoy the lake life year round. Tom loves the energy of summertime, but also treasures the new growth of spring. There’s nothing quite like spring after a Wisconsin winter! Tom recommends Larducci’s, Next Door Pub, and Little Bar for pizza, and Sopra, Holi Cannoli, Jonathan’s, Fire2Fork, Sabai Sabai and Cafe Calamari for date night.
Patrick Liberg
General Manager
Patrick comes to GLV with extensive management experience and loves working closely with property owners to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of their homes. As the GM, Patrick oversees the day-to-day operations and enjoys creating relationships with both visitors and property owners. He is an outdoor enthusiast, and when he’s not working, you can find him gardening, grilling, and hiking with his German Shepherd, Moose, and his Black Lab, Oakley. Patrick is originally from Galena, and now lives in Twin Lakes. His appreciation for picturesque small towns shines through in his work with GLV. He loves seeing the area come to life every summer. Patrick recommends Sopra Bistro for dinner and Barrique during the day.
Sarah Harrigan
Head of Housekeeping
Sarah came to GLV in 2021 after years of cleaning short term rentals independently. Sarah excels at finding wonderful housekeeping companies that really enjoy what they do. Communication is her strong suit! Managing a lot of properties can be chaotic, but Sarah loves her job and takes pride in making sure GLV has the cleanest properties in the area. To relax, Sarah loves the hot yoga studio in Williams Bay, and their dog park. She also loves being on the water, either boating or paddle boarding. Sarah wants everyone to try the Red Curry at Sabai Sabai!
Heather O’Malley
Housekeeping Supervisor
Heather comes to GLV with experience running her own cleaning business. Businesses small and large require a great deal of problem solving, and Heather loves that her position at GLV always has a new and unique challenge to keep her on her toes. It’s never a dull day! Heather grew up boating on Geneva Lake and continues the tradition each summer with her husband and two sons. While summer is an amazing season, Heather loves fall when the leaves change to vibrant yellows, reds and oranges. Heather recommends Sabai Sabai for their amazing sushi.
Candace Miller
Reservations Manager
Candace brings with her over 20 years of customer service experience and over 10 years in the resort and hospitality industry. It’s easy to see why Candace is our Reservations Manager. If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to chat, you can call her! She’ll make sure you have a fantastic experience. Candace loves working with the GLV team and has a great sense of humor. She shines in ensuring that all guests have a top tier experience. Winter is her favorite time of year. She says that the Winterfest snow sculptures, Santa’s Reindeer and everything in between make the dead of winter a magical time for Lake Geneva. Candace wants everyone to try Magpie’s when they are visiting!
Kim Yopp
Owner Success Manager
Kim comes to GLV with a lifetime of local hospitality experience. Prior to GLV, she worked at the famous Maxwell Mansion, Delavan Lake Resort, Keefe Vacation Rentals, The Abbey Resort and Lake Lawn Resort. She currently spends her days making sure our property owners have great success with GLV. She ensures all questions and concerns are answered and resolved. Kim loves the live music scene during the summer, along with outdoor dining, and walking the lake path. She loves entertaining at her home with bonfires, music and fun. Kim wants everyone to try Mars Resort during the summer for the yummy food, outdoor dining and live music!
Marshall Strenger
Onboarding and Revenue Specialist
Marshall came to GLV in 2021 after several years of managing vacation rentals with his sister, Sam. Marshall is the “numbers guy” at GLV and loves to chat with prospective property owners about revenue and all the details that comprise the rental onboarding process. Don’t worry! He makes it easy! Marshall enjoys all the live music that Lake Geneva has to offer, and loves to hike the lake path. His favorite season is Fall. The temps cool down a bit, but there are still a ton of things to do!
