The upper level has two bedrooms and a loft area. This level includes 1 queen bed, 2 twin bunks (sleeps 4), 1 twin trundle (sleeps 2). The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen bed with full bath across the hall. For your comfort and convenience, the cabin includes 3 full baths and one-half bath. The laundry room is located on the main level.
Outside there is a huge front porch, which is the perfect place to relax after a day on the water and connect and relax with friends. The backyard has a large stone patio with two BBQs as well as a large fire pit and premium back yard swing set.
We are walking distance from Fontana beach and a 2 minute drive! No pets or smoking allowed. Minimum rental age 18. **There is no access to the neighborhood's HOA amenities**
